Position Summary:
Perform electrical maintenance and repair of building.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Texas Driver License.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial electrical work
• Possess a valid Texas Electrical Journeyman License
• Familarity with CMMS software for uploading pictures and completing work orders

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install and bend EMT conduit
• Set and install fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Pull and terminate wires
• Upload pictures and close out work orders using designated software
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation and personal tools
