Description

This is an appointment setter position with NO cold calling. ALL people you call have expressed interest and have spent a minimum of one to five hours meeting with us to learn about our organization. We are seeking people who are personable, friendly, have a pleasant phone voice, and are driven to make a six-figure income.

Responsibilities

• Every prospect who attends a Briefing or Masterclass is followed up with persistently and professionally by phone until they book an Agent Strategy Call with one of our Closers.
• There is NO cold calling. People you are calling already know who we are and have either attended a virtual event via Zoom or a live event to learn more about who we are and what we do.
• Compensation is a combination of performance-based plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience and success with appointment setting or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong money motivation.
• Works well in a self-directed manner from home.
• Detailed enough to document call activity in CRM.
