Our client, a global leader in the IT Industry is seeking to hire a HR Project Manager (Organizational Change). This is a 100% REMOTE position that will work from 8am-5pm Monday - Friday CDT orEDT. This position will start as a Contract, but will offer extensions and full-time opportunities for a top performer. This role partners closely with Talent Development, Corporate Communications, Real Estate, and Digital teams (intranet + website) to ensure a seamless, company-wide implementation. You will serve as the central point of accountability for planning, tracking, and delivering milestones-bringing structure, clarity, and strong communication to a high-impact cultural transformation. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of project management experience (including 2+ years in HR, culture, or organizational change). You should have proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in large, complex organizations and experience with HR processes (performance management, engagement, change adoption) is strongly preferred.

About the Role We're seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead the activation and rollout of our new corporate values and supporting commitments. This role partners closely with Talent Development, Corporate Communications, Real Estate, and Digital teams (intranet + website) to ensure a seamless, company-wide implementation. You will serve as the central point of accountability for planning, tracking, and delivering milestones-bringing structure, clarity, and strong communication to a high-impact cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Mobilization & Structure

  • Build the project charter, scope, and governance model
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and RACI across workstreams
  • Set meeting cadence, reporting structure, and stakeholder update processes
  • Create and maintain project templates, tools, and documentation
Integrated Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and manage an integrated program plan across multiple functions (Real Estate, Talent Development, Digital, Corporate Comms, etc.)
  • Map dependencies and critical paths; resolve conflicts proactively
  • Align plans, deliverables, and timelines with functional leaders
  • Support communications and change-management strategy
Governance & Reporting
  • Facilitate steering committee sessions, executive updates, and workstream syncs
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, risk logs, milestones, and decision points
  • Ensure project metrics and deliverables align with business and cultural goals
Delivery Assurance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Escalate blockers and drive decision-making with sponsors
  • Oversee readiness and quality of functional deliverables (intranet updates, performance-management integration, branding/space activation, etc.)
Cutover & Launch Readiness
  • Manage communications and activation timeline across all business areas
  • Lead launch orchestration, go/no-go readiness, and signoffs
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Change Management on enterprise rollout
Key Deliverables:
  • Project Charter & RACI
  • Integrated Program Plan & Roadmap
  • RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
  • Executive Status Scorecards
  • Communications & Activation Plan
  • Transition Plan to ongoing business ownership
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management experience (including 2+ years in HR, culture, or organizational change) OR
  • 7+ years of project management experience (including 2+ years in HR, culture, or organizational change)
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in large, complex organizations
  • Experience with HR processes (performance management, engagement, change adoption) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with intranets, SharePoint, Workday, or similar digital platforms a plus
Core Skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with executive presence
  • Ability to translate strategy into action plans and drive accountability
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholder groups
