Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance service requests, including general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) and HVAC/appliance repairs
  • Participate in on-call rotations and occasional non-traditional schedules (weekends, special events)
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain accurate work order status
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and repair appliances
  • Maintain grounds (trash pickup, pressure washing, landscaping)
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma/GED or vocational training
  • 1+ years of experience in building/facility maintenance preferred
  • Trade certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read diagrams, write reports, and perform basic math
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under deadlines
  • Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Additional Information
  • Must be able to work overtime, on-call, and non-traditional schedules as needed
  • Ability to handle confidential resident information
