We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee both back-of-house and front-of-house operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment. This hybrid leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in team development, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen and service teams to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure consistency across all menu items
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and training programs
• Address guest concerns and drive service recovery
• Oversee payroll, reporting, recruitment, and safety compliance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet financial and organizational goals

• 3+ years of management experience in restaurant or bar operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business systems
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of both BOH and FOH operations
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and attention to detail
