About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with global brands, retailers, and e-commerce platforms to enhance product offerings and market presence.
• Achieve and exceed key commercial indicators such as GMV, profit, and net profit through strategic negotiations and supplier partnerships.
• Negotiate advantageous commercial terms, secure marketing resources, and optimize supplier partnerships to boost revenue and margins.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, ensuring efficient contracting and market readiness.
• Maintain and improve the supplier management system, focusing on long-term partnerships and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with operational, logistical, and marketing initiatives.

• Growth in GMV and market share for imported products.
• Enhanced profitability through strategic pricing and supplier management.
• Effective deployment of supplier-funded marketing resources.
• Successful onboarding and performance of new suppliers.
• Optimized supplier performance and retention of top-performing partners.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Over 5 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or import/export trade with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling supplier and brand partnerships internationally.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations and securing supplier support.
• Proficient in managing GMV, profit, and net profit indicators, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness, with the ability to swiftly capitalize on opportunities.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure and across diverse teams.

• Experience in categories such as golf, fishing gear, or outdoor sports.
• Existing networks with international suppliers and brands.
• Experience with major retailers and e-commerce platforms, especially in cross-border contexts.
