Rate Range: $70-$80/Hr
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Management Platform team and leadership to increase data availability, standardization and enhance automation processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders across the organization to identify data quality opportunities for Data Platform
- Define and create data quality solutions for data at rest and transit, to be implemented into the Data Platform Architecture using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Develop PowerBI dashboard to support data quality and observability of Data platform.
Candidate must have:
- t least 7 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong experience with Data Engineering both on premise and Azure Cloud platform.
- Strong experience with Unity Catalog, Databricks, Terraform and ADF.
- Experience with SQL and other Database solutions (complex queries, optimization, partitioning, etc.).
- Experience with ETL/ELT Pipelines and real-time data processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI (creatingupdating dashboards), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Experience with Python scripting for data engineering tasks.
- Experience with cross functional collaboration (Network, Security, Cloud, Governance, Vendor Management, etc.).
- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, IaC, etc.).
- Good understanding of Data lake concepts, Data warehouses & modeling.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of and adherence to Change Management processes, including documentation of changes & roll-back, etc..
- Good Documentation skills & experience documenting implementations, changes, etc..
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Good communications skills in English, both written and verbal
