Mainframe Developer
Location: Richardson TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer, including software development and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I, Assembler, and JCL.
• Familiarity with mainframe database systems (e.g., DB2) and related tools.
• Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex mainframe applications.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies is a plus.
• Any related certifications in mainframe programming or development will be an advantage.
