Job Title: Remote Project Engineer (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month paid via Gusto
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage, update and distribute project documents (drawings, specs, contract documents).
• Initiate and manage the submittal process.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Research, submit, track and distribute RFIs.
• Budget and cost management.
• Document and distribute OAC Meeting Minutes.
• Create and track project punch list.
• Assist in building relationships with new trade partners.
• Network and foster relationships with potential clients.
• Estimating, bid review and buyout.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office PDF software
• Experience with ProCore is mandatory
• Experience in Outbuild is a plus
