Senior AI Project Manager

Remote - MST/CST Time zone

Key Responsibilities

Strong experience in AI implementation and Stakeholder management , need sometime with long-term engagement experiences .

Project Planning & Strategy

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Establish project governance framework and communication protocols
  • Create and maintain project documentation including charter, requirements, and specifications
Execution & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts
  • Monitor project progress against established KPIs and adjust plans as needed
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) if using agile methodology
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all project-related communications
  • Present regular status updates to executive leadership and steering committees
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
  • Coordinate with call center operations, IT infrastructure, and business units
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
  • Develop contingency plans for critical project components
  • Track and resolve issues impacting project delivery
  • Ensure business continuity during system transitions
Change Management
  • Develop and execute change management strategy for call center staff
  • Coordinate training programs and user adoption initiatives
  • Support organizational readiness and transition planning
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Service Now)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and data migration processes
