Our Real Estate Analyst supports the Accountancy Team and our marketing team. A 'can-do' attitude and willingness/aptitude to learn new skills are required. All team members can expect to learn all aspects of property management. You will receive training in all areas and ultimately be responsible for your accountancy tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Process transactions in QuickBooks
2. Assist and coordinate with external accountant as needed
3. Processing and scheduling payments to vendors, service providers, utilities, taxes, etc.
4. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal financial procedures
5. Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram,
Facebook, etc.)
6. Create, organize, and maintain a social media content
7. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
8. Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Self-motivated to continuously learn.

This position is with Manna Capital Group which is a property management and investment company specializing in managing properties for investors that have portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments that need offsite management.
