The State of Wisconsin is looking for a Business Analyst III
Candidates must be current Wisconsin resident.
Under the supervision of the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, this position provides business analysis support to top priority initiatives and enterprise-wide projects. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating requirements sessions, documenting business needs and business processes, analyzing business processes, and applying and implementing both technology and non-technology focused solutions to business problems.
In addition, thisposition partners with our Lead Business Analsyt and the Project Management Office Leadership as we develop business analysis standards, best practices, collaboration, education, and business analysis maturity.

The State of Wisconsin is moving towards a new digital online presence, starting with the implementation of MyWisconsin ID, a platform that will authenticate users in State systems. As part of this statewide initiative, DHS is seeking a curious and diligent business analyst with excellent communication skills to help DHS meet this State goal.
This position will assist and partner with project leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities that achieve the goals set for the enterprise. Ideal candidates follow standard business analysis industry practices, rely on experience and judgment to plan, and accomplish goals, and can independently perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Business Analyst must have excellent communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence in order to effectively work with a broad spectrum of business and IT leaders and subject matter experts throughout the enterprise.
