Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Senior WFM Consultant to join our team. As a Senior WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will partner with clients across various industries to configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions. You will build strong client relationships, mentor team members, and use your WFM expertise to develop, implement, and optimize solutions.

What you'll do:
• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment.
• Configure and advise on UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeping, Absence Management, Dataviews, and Reporting.
• Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals, such as Services and Distribution, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them on the optimal use of their UKG systems.
• Mentor other WFM Consultant teammates through their projects and delegate solutions as needed.
• Draw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement WFM solutions to help clients solve business problems.
• Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications.
• Designing, integrating, configuring, implementing, and supporting high quality WFM business solutions.
• Evaluate customer business needs, contributing to overall strategic planning and optimizing WFM processes and technology.
• Work with clients and vendors during the positioning, design, configuration, and testing of Pro WFM solutions/products.
• Provide ongoing functional support and advice to clients.
• Identify and implement incremental process improvements.
• Model Mosaic's customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

How you'll be measured:
• Maintaining a target utilization rate
• Maintaining UKG certification and being considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Completing projects with a focus on high-quality deliverables and client experience.
• Mentoring WFM Consultants through their first projects and delegating functional solutions to others.
• Developing complex functional design solutions in the product (or specialty area) that meet clients' needs.
• Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients, resulting in customer retention.
• Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping, scheduling, and maintaining your client workload in a professional, timely manner.

What makes you successful:
Need to haves:
• 7-10 years of HRIS consulting experience.
• Expert UKG Timekeeping, and Absence Management configuration experience.
• UKG Timekeeping certifications
• Direct project experience with UKG Pro WFM.
• Demonstrated experience delivering successful UKG WFM projects.
• Experience identifying, managing, and solving project obstacles.
• Ability to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes.
• Flexible ability to work within a team or independently.
• Keeping abreast of industry processes and maintaining up-to-date UKG skills.
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work.

Nice to haves:
• A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• Additional certifications or advanced training in UKG or related WFM solutions.
• Experience in a wide range of industries and verticals.
• Proven track record of continuous process improvement in WFM systems.
