Compensation
Pay Range:$250000-$350000/Yrs

Description
Lead data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Serve as a client/industry-facing advocate for data methodologies and best practices.
Develop strategies for project execution, including use cases and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a mentor and leader for managers and data scientists.
Drive development and implementation based on customer and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the data science vision and roadmap.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.
Direct research initiatives in emerging AI technologies.
Lead the development of machine learning and AI solutions.
Oversee data analysis and modeling for business outcomes.
Establish protocols for data quality and reliability.
Guide the creation of data visualizations for stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a related field; MBA is a plus.
10 years of experience in data science, with 8 years in leadership.
Experience managing and scaling data science teams.
Proven record of delivering impactful AI and ML solutions.
Expertise in generative AI models and techniques.
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
