- Required Qualifications: - ServiceNow Event Management certification (please provide a screenshot of the certification upon submission). Proven track record with a minimum of 3 successful implementation projects related to ServiceNow Event Management (summarize these projects when submitting your application). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in client-facing roles. Preferred Qualifications: North America-based candidates are preferred due to customer location and communication needs. Strong soft skills, including collaboration, customer management, and proactive decision-making. Additional Notes: Candidates outside North America with exceptional technical skills and strong communication abilities are also encouraged to apply but will undergo rigorous vetting for soft skills.
