Workday HRIS Analyst

We're partnered with a unique global organization that are looking to make a key hire within their Workday ERP team. They are looking for a competent, ambitious, open-minded individual that can bring any high levelWorkday experience to the table from a configuration & reporting standpoint.

Details:

• $135,000 + 15% bonus
• Hybrid, 3 days a week in Tysons, Virginia

• Own configuration and reporting across any modules of your choice across HCM or Financials
• Work cross functionally with global teams to understand company wide requirements and build these changes within Workday
• Be heavily involved in the full scope of works from requirement gathering, recommending solutions, configuring changes, testing & reporting
• Have the opportunity to be trained within other areas of Workday outside your existing skillset that appeal to you

• 4+ years of hands on Workday experience, with deep configuration capabilities across at least 3-4 modules
• Must be a naturally strong communicator that can work with senior stakeholders within the business
• Be prepared to work flexible working hours, with the regular expectation to take evening calls remotely in exchange for flexibility during the day
