Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with an Am Law 50 firm to recruit a Senior E-Billing Specialist for its New York office. The position is HYBRID and offers the opportunity to work at a prestigious law firm.

Senior E-Billing Specialist

New York City, NY | Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000

Role Overview: You'll be responsible for overseeing the full e-billing lifecycle-from invoice creation to submission and reconciliation-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You'll work closely with attorneys, billing teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit e-bills through Bill Blast and other client-specific platforms
  • Generate LEDES-format invoice files and manage timekeeper data submissions
  • Collaborate with Billing and Collections teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and deductions
  • Prepare and submit budgets and accruals to clients and vendors
  • Monitor invoice status and support collections follow-up
  • Validate pricing structures and ensure rate arrangements are accurately applied
  • Provide backup support to fellow E-Billing Specialists during peak periods
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in a law firm setting)
  • Minimum 4 years of legal e-billing experience
  • Proficiency with Elite Enterprise, Aderant, or similar law firm billing systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with persistence in resolving invoice rejections
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
