Title: S/4 Hana Utilities Developer

Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:
Pay Range: $91000K-$130000K

Description:
• Support customer experience solutions with a focus on utilities industry requirements.
• Design and implement solutions to meet specific utility industry needs.
• Analyze business processes, configure modules, and develop enhancements.
• Integrate with other systems and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Perform functional reviews, technical designs, and solution reviews.
• Possess technical knowledge and experience in service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with customer relationship management and service management is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and maintenance for solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Configure utility modules according to business needs.
• Develop custom enhancements and functionalities using programming languages.
• Integrate solutions with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users and support teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation or support projects.
• Functional knowledge of utility industry processes.
• Expertise in programming and data migration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of integration techniques and experience with system integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
