ADMS Support Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented support for the ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) and Compass applications. This role focuses on user access management, configuration synchronization, and environment consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise application support, user provisioning, and configuration management in complex IT environments.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Prefer familiarity with OSI ADMS and Compass platforms.
  • Experience in user access provisioning and ticket-based support workflows.
  • Understanding of configuration management across multiple environments.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

ADMS Account Ticket Support (Non-NERC):
  • Handle and resolve access-related tickets for Lite users.
OMS & Compass Access Support:
  • Manage user access requests and troubleshoot login or permission issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure and compliant access.
Environment Configuration Synchronization:
  • Identify and replicate production settings/configurations across environments.
  • Manually synchronize configurations.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of ADMS environment settings across all instances.
Work Location & Duration
  • Remote is allowable.
  • Contract expected to be approximately 10 months with high possibility of extending.
