This role is internally focused and plays a critical role in our intake process. You will help determine whether cases are viable, identify appropriate legal pathways, and ensure consultations are accurate, ethical, and efficient. This is not a litigation or courtroom role. It is ideal for an attorney who enjoys reviewing facts, making sound legal determinations, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment. This role primarily supports the team and intake process and does not involve managing an independent caseload. Responsibilities: • Review consultation notes and case facts to determine eligibility and viability • Provide real-time legal guidance to support consultants during consultations • Help confirm whether the firm can confidently accept a case • Identify possible immigration pathways and strategies • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to improve intake efficiency and procedures • Ensure ethical compliance and consistency across consultations • Support a high-volume consultation environment throughout the day • This role primarily supports the team and intake process and does not involve managing an independent caseload Qualifications: • Immigration law experience preferred (family-based experience a plus) • Ability to make confident eligibility determinations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative mindset and respect for cross-functional teamwork Compensation: $105,000 – $115,000

Compensation:
$105,000-$115,000 per year
