What You'll Do:

• Run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information
• Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies
• Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
• Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business
• Maintain CRM activity and client communication
• Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Active life insurance license (required)
• Proven experience in insurance sales preferred
• Strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence
• Goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRMs

Compensation:

• Commission-only with uncapped earnings
