Cleanroom Coordinator

The Cleanroom Coordinator will prepare and control individual pharmaceutical compounds based on prescriptions with the aim of ensuring that the patient receives the correct medication. Responsibilities include:

Scheduling weekly production based on personnel, qualifications, available components, and facility capacity

Revising weekly production schedule as needed due to changes in personnel, equipment, inventory, cleanroom status, or additional batch requests

Coordinating duties of staff during a facility shutdown or annual inventory days

Early terminating batches as needed and completing documentation

Addressing component and API issues as they arise by reaching out to the responsible personnel

Creating production orders for semi-finished goods

Creating production orders and estimating the goods within AX

Processing daily picklists for Aseptic Support Personnel to wipe into the cleanroom

Working with QA for timely batch issuance, batch rescheduling, and batch cancellation

Reviewing components and equipment needed for future production

Creating transfer orders to and from FSS East to support production

Coordinating with other departments for ordering and releasing production components

Assisting with collecting data and writing production events and deviations

Reviewing batch records and identifying errors prior to submission to QA

Assisting in keeping the warehouse organized and clean

Conducting cycle count in warehouse to ensure the inventory is accurate

Creating counting journals and adjusting inventory as necessary

Scraping expired and wasted components

Assisting cleanroom with equipment needs

Participating in cleanroom technician interviews

Helping manager with process improvement projects

Assisting wipe in of components occasionally

Following standard operation procedures in completion of assigned tasks

Clocking in and out for each scheduled shift in a timely manner
