• Review confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide general customer service and administrative support
• Follow established workflows and internal procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and timelines

Qualifications

Customer Service, Scheduling, or Administrative Experience Preferred
