Physical Requirements

About the Program
The Bank Management Program is crafted to help you make a smooth transition from college graduate to a pivotal leadership role in banking. This 20-month program offers a structured path to develop your skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities through rotational job tracks.

- Rotational Experience: Progress through various areas of the organization, gaining foundational knowledge, leadership insight and hands on application. Departmental rotations include:
- Retail, Customer Care, Operations, Internal Audit, Credit, Compliance, IT, Trust & Wealth, Finance and Risk
- Accelerated Leadership Training: Designed to ignite your leadership journey with an intensive training program that blends skill-building workshops, real-world projects, and immersive, hands-on experience. Equipping you with expertise to drive strategic initiatives and lead effectively

- Must have a four-year business-related degree
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong analytical ability
