Analyzes methods, facilities, and equipment to ensure optimum use of resources. Evaluates and analyzes capability and capacity plans, processes, and products; recommends improvements; and implements approved changes. Analyzes the impact of process and production changes on budget projections and develops and applies labor standards to production orders.
