This is achieved through a consultative, value-based sales approach, identifying, securing, and expanding new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.The CDM employs professional, consultative, and proactive sales strategies, leveraging referrals, social media, networking, and cold-calling. As a critical component of our "Split Desk" model, the CDM partners directly with their recruiting team to deliver specialized talent solutions across contract, direct-hire, and project-based offerings.
