JOB TITLE: Systems Administrator

Scope of Services:
The Systems Administrator will provide first and second-level support for similar applications as the Senior Systems Administrator but with reduced experience requirements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Support photogrammetric applications, raster products, CADD/engineering software, project management software, plotter software, licensing, GIS products, desktop support, and workstations/peripherals as described for Senior Systems Administrator.
• Assist in planning and implementing workstation and computer deployments.

Mandatory Expertise/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Bentley ProjectWise administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in photogrammetric software installation/support
• Minimum 1 year Bentley MicroStation CADD management (networked environment)
• Minimum 1 year support for CADD applications such as InRoads and Interplot
• Minimum 1 year large-format plotter and scanner support in CADD environments
• Minimum 1 year multi-application/vendor license management
• Minimum 1 year project planning and management
• Minimum 1 year Bluebeam software support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

Desirable Expertise/Certifications (not mandatory):

• Bentley certifications (MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Management)

***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
