Degree Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering + 8 years' experience
Or equivalent proven work experience

Main Responsibilities

• Transition infrastructure from HPE hardware to Dell with KVM virtualization
• Replace VMWare and vSphere solutions
• Manage Dell PowerEdge servers and KVM
• Update firmware on Cisco and Brocade fiber switches
• Configure Client on Windows Server and GFS2 for KVM hosts
• Oversee WSUS and monitor servers using Logic Monitor
• Troubleshoot storage, firewall, and network issues
• Document configuration and management procedures
• Key Contributions (First 90-120 Days)
• Document lab configuration and processes
• Support infrastructure transition and stabilization
• Operate independently in a dynamic lab environment

• Hands-on lab experience with 50+ systems
• Provisioning and boot process expertise
• Linux, Windows, Dell, and HPE server/SAN management
• Hardware/OS-level debugging and firmware upgrades
• Network infrastructure knowledge (Layer 1-3)
• LINUX kernel, modules, and driver familiarity
