GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: United Digestive's Senior Manager, Learning is a dynamic, resourceful and strategic leader responsible for the design, development and delivery of learning initiatives across our healthcare organization. Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization, the Senior Manager will create and manage impactful onboarding and on-the-job learning opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff. The role balances strategic insight and planning with hands-on program delivery, playing a critical role in enhancing workforce capabilities, improving engagement, retention and supporting team member and leadership development.
