THE ROLE
The Engagement Manager role is critical to the Certinia sales process working closely with our Professional Services (PS), Sales (Go To Market) and Legal teams. You will be responsible for understanding our customers requirements and producing compelling Service Proposals (Budgetary Estimate and Statements of Work) which meet the customers needs. As part of the Certinia PS team you will have a detailed knowledge of our applications, using this knowledge together with your business process and consultative skills to maximise our solutions in the sales process. Having represented the PS team in the sales cycle you will ensure seamless handover and transition to the PS implementation team, ensuring that customers' requirements are fully understood and deliverable.
