Client has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Client, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. The Workday analyst plays a critical role in management and administration of the Workday.HR system. In this role you will manage system configurations, process user requests, and troubleshoot access or data issues. You will liaise with the HR staff and business leaders to improve operational efficiencies through improved process optimization and reporting capabilities. You will maintain a partnership with IT technical specialists for system upgrades and implementations.
This role will be part of our global Workday team of 3 providing support for a workforce of 12,000 across 24 Countries as we operationally separate from Client to an independent business.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Administer and configure Workday for various functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and managing updates and enhancements.
Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, conduct training to help users effectively utilize the Workday platform.
Develop, maintain and deliver customer reports and analytics, establish protocols for data integrity and security.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure successful system adoption
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice to Have:
Minimum of 4 years of Workday Configuration Experience
Proficiency is required in 2 of the following Workday modules: Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking. Additionally, experience with Security & Reporting is highly preferred.
