HR People Partner (Global | Remote)
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the HR People Partner supports the people operations of a global, remote organization. This role partners closely with a Senior HR People Partner and owns the majority of day-to-day HR administration, recruiting execution, employee lifecycle processes, leave management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, enjoys building and improving scalable people processes, and wants to work on a small but mighty HR team. The HR People Partner balances operational excellence with employee advocacy while contributing to forward-thinking people practices, including AI-enabled workflows and data-driven decision-making.
