Come join our Customer Service team and help us make a difference! Our Customer Service Team is broken up into Concierge Team and Consumables Team

Concierge Team What You'll Do

• Guide guests to having their best day at the park
• Handle guest's questions in-person and on the phone
• Upsell experiences and merchandise
• Be knowledgeable of all season pass memberships
• Keep Gift Shop merchandise tidy and stocked
• Be a representative of Tanganyika and its values

• Prepare and serve scrumptious food (sometimes in fast-paced setting)
• Engage and assist customers with their food and beverage needs
• Maintaining an appealing and guest-ready eating area
• Assist visitors with questions during their visit to the Park
• Be a representative of Tanganyika and its values

• Starting hourly rate of $11.50/hr with a $2.00/hr pay differential for weekday help and prior experience pay
