Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Job Summary PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Augusta, KS shop. This role is responsible for front-office operations including payroll support, HR coordination, finance tracking, and general administrative duties. The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations while following PK Industrial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities - Manage front office, phones, mail, and filing systems
- Compile and reconcile time sheets, expense reports, and receipts
- Assist with job cost tracking and administrative finance tasks
- Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements for crews and management
- Maintain accurate, organized records and reports
- Liaison with corporate office and external partners
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of office management or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a plus, but not required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Indoor industrial shop environment
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform basic physical office tasks
