Specifically, they will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliDust and clean ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces./liliPerform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors./liliMaintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products./liliEnsure safe and sanitary storage and care of products./liliUse vacuum equipment to clean carpets./liliDispose of trash from bins and containers./liliPolish furniture and room accessories as needed./liliScrub sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms./liliKeep all public spaces neat and tidy./liliClean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors./liliReport repairs and replacements when encountered on job./liliPerform ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliGeneral knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning./liliMust be able to follow verbal directions./liliAbility to work alone, with a partner and/or a team./liliMust be reliable, punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties./liliAdaptable to changing schedules or routines./liliExcellent time management skills./liliProvide assistance with cleaning duties/tasks to team members as needed./liliAttention to cleaning detail./liliOrganized and able to follow a schedule./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/pulliPrefer two (2) years of previous cleaning and/or housekeeping experience or related experience./liliOn-the-job training will be provided./liliHigh school diploma or GED./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time./liliAbility to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds./liliMust be able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time./liliMust be available to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays./li/ul/div
