Description:

Project Overview:
STG is seeking an experienced Global Project/Delivery Manager to support our Client's rapid deployment of Workforce Software (WFS) across multiple EMEA countries. The project is moving quickly, and the client needs an expert who can guide and support a technically strong internal team with light payroll/time & attendance implementation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a hands-on lead and subject matter expert for the global time and attendance deployment across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Sweden (15,000-20,000 employees in phase one).
  • Partner closely with the client's business lead and SI's implementation team to ensure all deliverables, testing, and configurations meet business needs and country-specific compliance.
  • Develop, execute, and manage testing plans, ensuring teams understand what to validate and how to identify and escalate system gaps.
  • Provide guidance on transitioning from homegrown systems to Workforce Software, emphasizing process design, configuration readiness, and data integrity.
  • Advocate for appropriate design and testing to ensure scalability and accuracy across countries.
  • Lead and coordinate regional efforts with both U.S. and EMEA project teams to align timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal business teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in global payroll and time & attendance implementations, preferably with Workforce Software or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of European payroll and T&A requirements, with specific exposure to the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, or Sweden preferred
  • Expertise in testing strategy and execution for large-scale HR/Payroll/T&A system deployments.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience working with major consulting firms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Duration: This is a contract consulting opportunity starting ASAP with an initial duration through June 2026 (with potential for extension.)

Level of Effort: Full time (40 hours per week). Will consider candidates available at 50% bandwidth or higher to start.
