POSITION TITLE: Custodian
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager
POSITONS SUPERVISED: NA
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Custodian position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining MHA facilities.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Clean offices, entryway, restrooms, kitchen, laundry area and common area. This will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using cleansing agents and cleaning windows
- Restock restrooms
- Other duties as assigned
- Operate in compliance with personnel policies and practices.
- Promote the mission and values of the Mental Health Association.
- Attending MHA staff meetings and training as required.
- Completing required timesheets, mileage sheets, expense sheets and other agency required paperwork accurately and on-time.
