Description:
- Financial Trade in TRM (Futures/Swap/Options) Lead Prepare/Explore Phase Only - Advisory with Customer and SI Deliverable Work with Partner to activate CM/CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the N+1 Development system provisioned by customer.
- Execute planned CM/CTRM Workshops / Demos Business Process Document for desired future state processes Identify, list & categorize Gaps (RICEFWs) Interim Configuration & Functional Design to support limited RICEFWs developed by SI for POC scope.
- This interim POC work may require to be modified by Partner during the Realize phase Effort estimate for continuing the Advisors for "SAP Scope" of the balance project (Realize-Deploy) Work with Partner to activate CM/CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the N+1 Development system provisioned by customer.
