MBS Estimator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical challenge of estimating and the precision that comes with MBS-driven work. You'll prepare estimates for pre-engineered and structural projects, supporting a team that values process improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate project estimates using MBS software.
  • Review MBS outputs and ensure consistency with project requirements.
  • Partner with engineers and designers to interpret drawings and technical data.
  • Keep estimating databases current and assist with system updates.
  • Help improve tools and workflows that support estimating efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Required Experience
  • 2+ years of estimating experience within PEMB.
  • Hands-on proficiency with MBS for estimating.
  • Solid understanding of rigid frame building design concepts.
  • Ability to interpret quotes, outputs, and construction drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
