The SAP S/4HANA EAM - GIS Integration Consultant supports the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a Utility Gas Transmission and Distribution company by configuring and integrating the client's GIS system with SAP EAM. The role focuses on enabling accurate asset data synchronization, maintenance execution, and spatially enabled operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure and support integration between GIS systems (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS) and SAP EAM for asset and location data synchronization.
• Assist in defining data mappings and integration scenarios for linear and non-linear assets.
• Collaborate with GIS, middleware, and SAP technical teams during design, build, and testing phases.
• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Provide functional documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM or ECC EAM in utility industry projects.
• Experience in integrating GIS-SAP integration without GEF or and other third-party add-ons.
• Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution maintenance and asset management processes.
• Familiarity with Linear Asset Management (LAM) concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

SAP Spatial Asset Management position...SAP EAM and Esri GIS integration consultant experienced in:
1. Integrating Compatible Unit design tool and CU design processes with SAP and Esri GIS
2. Developing Esri GIS and SAP EAM master data template hierarchies and processes
3. Creating ArcGIS REST APIs for SAP and mobile applications
4. Configuring SAP Plant Maintenance and Spatial Asset Management/Geographic Enablement Framework (GEF)
5. Leading GIS to SAP data mapping activities and related synchronization interface design

Required Project Experience:
• Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.
• Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
• AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
