Deposit Services Associate (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Deposit Services Associate to support daily deposit operations and provide excellent service to internal teams and customers. This part-time role plays a key role in maintaining accurate account processing while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Schedule: Minimum of 29 hours per week , Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

? Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Support

  • Process and complete account verifications and maintain required logs and documentation

  • Perform deposit account maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services functions as needed

  • Assist bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions or issues

?? Compliance, Regulations & Internal Controls

  • Follow established Deposit Services policies and procedures

  • Adhere to internal control standards and documentation requirements

  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory responsibilities, including:

  • Business Ethics and Conduct

  • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

  • Information Security standards

  • Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements

?? Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Banking or deposit operations experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy , with the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
