Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director, Accounting and Finance to join their team. This is a hybrid role with three days being onsite in their Agoura Hills, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $105,000 to $115,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Oversee the general accounting function, which includes inter-organization accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, accounts payable and cash receipts processing
• Supervise assigned staff members and ensure appropriate training and development is achieved on an ongoing basis
• Oversee management of the organization's corporate credit card administration and transactions
• Responsible for reviewing monthly/quarterly/annual account reconciliations to ensure compliance

• Excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of GAAP, strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• Non-profit/fund accounting experience a strong plus
• Must be a team player who is self-motivated and experienced in supporting, implementing, and executing organizational objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
