Responsibilities

As a financial advisor, you will:

  • Expand your client base by creating new connections, fostering a robust referral network, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Develop personalized financial plans that align with each client's unique needs.
  • Oversee and manage clients' financial plans to help them meet their objectives.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients as you support them through various life stages.

Training, Licensing & Designations

Our comprehensive curriculum supports you during your initial three years in this role. You'll learn from industry experts, mastering client acquisition strategies to ensure long-term success, while also having access to a national network of experienced financial advisors to gain practical insights into the business.

To become a financial advisor, obtaining the following licenses is essential: Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6, 7, and 63. We offer tuition pre-payment and reimbursement for your course fees and books.

Compensation & Benefits

We provide:

  • Performance-based earnings with average annual earnings ranging from $61K to $119K for representatives in their initial three years.
  • Top 25% of advisors earning between $137K and $250K.

Our Financial Advisors are independent contractors for income tax purposes, and statutory employees for Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA) tax purposes.

Pay Range
