The contractor will assist in creating a dynamic learning environment that encourages student engagement and skill development./ppYour day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:/pulliDeliver engaging face-to-face and online instruction across all work process areas of the plumbing apprenticeship curriculum./liliConduct hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises for pipe fitting, installation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures./liliAssess apprentice competency through written exams, performance evaluations, and practical demonstrations./liliMaintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and competency achievement./liliCollaborate with employers and on-the-job mentors to ensure alignment between classroom instruction and workplace learning./liliIntegrate current plumbing codes (IPC, UPC), OSHA safety regulations, Kansas state requirements, and emerging technologies into instruction./liliProvide individualized instruction and support for apprentices with varying skill levels and learning needs./liliParticipate in program meetings, curriculum reviews, and continuous improvement activities./liliEnsure all instruction meets U.S. Department of Labor and Kansas Department of Commerce apprenticeship standards./liliMaintain a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment that fosters skill development and career advancement./li/ul/div
