Job Requirements

• Daily administration of the labor management time keeping systems.
• Uses detail accuracy skills to verify, check and approve time keeping transactions for up to 700 employees on a daily basis.
• enter PTO and other pay types into the time keeping database.
• Analyze time keeping issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Continually analyze the time keeping systems to develop best practices to improve efficiency of approval process.
• Assist the Sr. Payroll & Benefits specialist in all activities relating to payroll processing.
• Serves as backup for Receptionist/ HR.
