The Apprenticeship & Training Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing all facilities maintenance training and union apprenticeship programs (IBEW / IAM). This role ensures the organization maintains a skilled, certified, and future-ready maintenance workforce through structured training programs, vendor/ OEM coordination, and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities - Apprenticeship Programs. Lead the IBEW and IAM apprenticeship programs. Represent the company on union apprenticeship and training teams. Coordinate apprentice progression, evaluations, certifications, and completions. Ensure compliance with labor agreements and regulatory requirements. Facilities Technical Training.
