divh2Maintenance Technician/h2pThe Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and inspections in our large plastic injection molding manufacturing company. Essential duties and responsibilities include:/pp- Review and perform a pre-determined preventive maintenance inspection as per schedule./pp- Perform general maintenance activities as required to:/ppMolding machines./ppMolding auxiliary systems equipment./ppFinishing Department booths, conveyor lines and associated equipment./ppEquipment related to various indirect departments./pp- Perform building and grounds maintenance of a general nature as required./pp- Perform inspection of fire safety system as per schedule./pp- Performs skilled maintenance activities including fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, torching and plumbing./pp- Assist in training molding staff on plant start-up and shut down procedures./pp- Assist with mold (tool) maintenance./pp- Build fixtures and other miscellaneous items as required./pp- Perform as required back-up assistance with molding set-ups./p/div
