Schedule: Monday-Friday | Must be available for all shifts and overtime

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring experienced Quality Inspectors to support high-profile aircraft manufacturing program in Wichita, KS. If you're detail-driven and passionate about quality, this is your opportunity to work on mission-critical aerospace structures that keep aircraft flying safely.

What You'll Do

• Inspect airframe parts and assemblies using blueprints, specs, and manuals

• Accept or reject components to ensure compliance with aerospace standards

• Perform precision measurements using inspection tools and test equipment

• Complete inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

• Support continuous improvement and certification requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years quality inspection experience

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Experience with precision measuring and inspection tools

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

• Computer proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred

• NCR (Non-Conformance Report) writing experience

• High-volume aerospace manufacturing background

Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
