Are you seeking a dynamic part-time opportunity that keeps you active and allows you to earn extra income? Join us as a Part-Time Trash Collector (Service Valet) and help maintain clean and inviting apartment communities!

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping is required.

• Utilize our company's mobile app on your smartphone to record service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and any non-compliance photos.

• This role is hands-on and physically active, requiring walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $17 - $20 per hour

• Schedule: Evening shifts, generally Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM

• Part-Time: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week

• Local Assignments: We strive to assign you to a property close to where you live.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)

• Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app

• Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift

• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
