Friends University is seeking to fill the Assistant Coach Track & Field position in Wichita Kansas. The Full-Time Assistant Coach Track & Field will report to the Director of Track and will assist with supervision and management of the Friends University Cross Country and Track program. This includes development, execution and assessment of plans for: budget management, personnel management, recruitment, retention, student-athlete development, and day-to-day operations of the program. Operations include communication regarding facility needs, planning and facilitating practices and game day strategies, and collaboration with the Director of Track, Admissions, Financial Aid, FAR, and athletic administration.
